Tyler Mangan is a boutique consultancy that focusses on helping you think through the difficult and challenging questions that your organisation must address to win in the marketplace. Combining expertise in strategy, leadership and organisational development we help our clients build decision making capability, and help them turn decisions into action.

We link decisions to outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of a decision by the outcome that resulted from it. Our work goes beyond helping individuals be more decisive, and explores the barriers to turning a good decision into a valuable outcome.
 
Too many organisations spend their time planning and ‘strategizing’, aiming for optimistic outcomes, rather than delving deeper into their organisation and understanding how things actually get done. We want to change that.
