Assess

During the ‘Assess’ phase of discovery we will figure out how focused your strategy is, how effective your management processes are and if your resources are placed to support your priorities.

We also look at the culture and the behaviours displayed in the organisation to give a view on how the business will tackle challenges and adapt to change. We provide a rigorous evaluation on how well teams work together, and the strengths of individual team members.
