Mary Lou Jessome is an Associate Consultant focused on Management Due Diligence for Private Equity. Her work focuses on the evaluation of senior level individuals and teams with a special interest in Board dynamics and composition.

Before turning to consulting, she honed her assessment skills while carrying out senior level searches on behalf of Private Banks around the world. Mary Lou has worked extensively in the Far East, India, Italy, the Middle East, the UK and the US.

Prior to working in Executive Search, she worked in Investment Banking with roles in both institutional equity sales and equity research. Mary Lou began her career in an editorial role within a large Legal & Tax Publisher. She holds a degree in Biology from Queen’s University in Canada and an MSc in Change Management from HEC/Oxford University. She speaks French and Italian.
