Jana leads Tyler Mangan’s leadership development and Management Due Diligence practice. She is an experienced advisor in the field of individual and team capability building. Her focus is on assessing, building and embedding management competencies, behaviours and governance structures to enable focused decision making and strategic execution. She works across sectors with a special interest in supporting changes in ownership structures at all stages of the organizational growth cycle.

Jana’s earlier career was spent at Heidrick & Struggles in their Leadership Consulting practice as well as in strategy consulting. She has a BA in Politics and International Studies from Warwick University, and an Msc in Organisational Psychology from London School of Economics. She is based in London and speaks German and Spanish.
