Jonathan Chocqueel-Mangan is one of Europe’s leading experts and practitioners in the field of business performance management. He is a trusted advisor to executives who want to increase the performance of their organisations. His focus is on embedding and utilising management processes and information and developing behaviours that will support sustainable action. This approach leads to measurable results for his clients. For over six years, Jonathan worked closely with Dr David Norton and Professor Robert Kaplan, creators of the Balanced Scorecard. He is a former partner in the Leadership Consulting practice of Heidrick & Struggles and of the European Performance Management practice at KPMG.

Jonathan has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and French from the University of Bath and a Master’s degree from HEC Paris in Organisational Change. He is a Chartered Engineer, a Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, a Member of the Institute of Directors, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
